Why Do Our Customers Love Us?

Hot Chicken Kitchen is rapidly creating a cult-like customer base of folks who love hot chicken done right in the traditional Nashville style

Chicken is America’s favorite meat, with 9 out of 10 consumers purchasing chicken regularly, according to the National Chicken Council, amounting to $90 billion in annual consumer spending. So it is no surprise that Hot Chicken Kitchen is easily winning a cult-like following at our two locations in Alabama and Michigan. As the nation’s first hot chicken licensing opportunity, Hot Chicken Kitchen is serving up the once regional specialty of hot chicken, in the style that the locals in Music City have favored for years.

“Hot Chicken Kitchen has definitely gained a new customer. I ordered online and the food was hot and ready when I arrived. I first tried the infamous Nashville Hot Chicken in Nashville a few months ago. This place is an amazing substitute. Great food and great location! Will definitely visit the place again.”
— Derrick W., of Harvest, Alabama, in a five-star review on Yelp

“I really loved this place! A nice change from the regular chicken places around. The staff was incredibly nice and the food was really good. The collard greens and cornbread dressing were my favorite! Seasoned to perfection and I really liked the traditional hot chicken.”
— Yolanda M., of Madison, Alabama, in a five-star review on Yelp

“Tried it out tonight for the first time. It is pretty authentic Nashville hot chicken! Traditional Hot was enough for me — order mild if you’re not into hot food! Sides were good: stuffing, carrot casserole, green beans, fries. It is not fast food, [sic] they prepare it when you order it. The chicken came out really hot (temperature) so had obviously just been fried. We’ll be back!
— Scooter R., of Chatsworth, Georgia, in a five-star review on Yelp

“Can you say deep fried cheesecake! Oh my goodness gracious. Amazing! Now that I finished dessert I am having three different spice levels of chicken, Mac and cheese and carrot casserole. All of it was rich and delicious. There is music on in the background that was not too loud and definitely easy listening. There was only one other customer when I came in, but by 11:45 the seating area was completely full! I would eat here again next time I am in town.”
— Shannon M., of San Diego, California, in a five-star review on Yelp

“This place is head to toe legit! The level of crunchiness outshines any other chicken I’ve had anywhere else. The heat is right, the cornbread stuffing tasted homemade, the green beans are as good as mine, and the Mac and Cheese wasn’t boxed! I found my new chicken spot.”
— Drew W., of Madison, Georgia, in a five-star review on Facebook
