Martin, or “Marty” as his friends call him, has been in the food and beverage business since he was 18 years old. He was managing operations beginning on his 19th birthday.

His experience ranges from bar back, Beverage Manager, Food and Beverage Director, Director of Entertainment, to a Hotel General Manager. He has worked at large resorts such as Opryland Hotel, Excelsior Hotels, Copper Mountain Resort, Bally’s Park Place, Wyndham Resorts and many more. These years developed his experience in operations, procurement, design, marketing and construction.

Marty also owned several bars and restaurants. After living in Las Vegas for over 20 years, and consulting for just about every casino group in town, Marty moved back to Nashville to get into the franchise business. Personally seeing the success of franchising vs. independent brands, he realized that there are so many more advantages to restaurants with systems, and he wanted to be a part of it.
